Awards

2020: Finalist of FREE ELECTRONS – The Global Energy Startup Program. The Free Electrons Program 2020 received 800+ applications from 86 different countries. We are very proud that IND Technology made it to the Top 36!

2020: Finalist of Duke Energy Charlotte-based Joules Accelerator Program. The Joules Accelerator has chosen eight startup companies, including one in Charlotte, for its spring 2020 cohort. The program was part of the Electrification 2020 International Conference & Exposition, sponsored by the Electric Power Research Institute

2020: Finalist of EPRI Incutabenergy Challenge. Through Incubatenergy Labs, EPRI and a group of leading utilities are engaging early stage companies to demonstrate and deploy innovative solutions in targeted areas.

2019: Winner – Best industry paper / presentation EECON Sydney. EECON 2020 brings industry leaders together to share information on the many changes impacting electricity all participants from market operators through to customers.

2018: Awarded the Internet of Things (IoT) Impact Award under the category of IoT Innovation in Sydney. The IoT Impact Award recognises excellence, innovation and achievement in the IoT industry. The award is given to a product or service with the potential to impact and benefit the entire IoT ecosystem.

2018: Finalist in the Outstanding Startup Award at Australian Manufacturing Week.

2017: Finalist in the Defence Innovation Energy Challenge in Honolulu. The event is held by the US Department of Defence (DoD). Thirty technology companies were shortlisted for the challenge.

2016: Winner of 2016 Fire Awareness Award (Innovation and Design). This award is given by three Victorian fire agencies. The Forest Fire Management of Victoria, Melbourne Fire Brigade and the Country Fire Authority.

2016: Winner of PACE Zenith Award (Best Network Implementation Award). The annual awards were established twelve years ago by PACE magazine to publicly recognise and reward companies as well as industry professionals who show leadership in engineering and technological excellence and innovation.
